LyondellBasell has a state-of-the-art research center in Cincinnati and a manufacturing facility in Fairport Harbor.
The Cincinnati Technology Center in suburban Cincinnati, Ohio, serves as a research and development center for LyondellBasell’s North American polymers business. This state-of-the-art research center is a three building complex, encompassing approximately 260,000 square feet of research and office space and housing more than 200 employees and contractors.
The Fairport Harbor Facility produces wire and cable insulating resins. The site encompasses approximately four acres and employs more than 40 people. Products from the Fairport Harbor facility are used to insulate copper and fiber optic wiring in the power, telecommunication, computer, automotive and appliance industries.
