After receiving her masters degree from Federico II University in Naples, Brunella embarked on a professional engineering career, joining LyondellBasell in 2003. As senior technologist in the Brindisi technology support unit, Brunella loves the challenge of troubleshooting and problemsolving in the site’s two production plants.

Thomas

Thomas works as a Technical Superintendent at the Moerdijk, Netherlands, facility. He seems to be taking to heart the old adage about there being two sides to every story. For starters, his academic credentials include studies in mechanical engineering, economics engineering and additional HSE engineering.

Katie

In the nine years she has worked for the company, Katie has exercised responsibility for maintaining and improving the reliability of plant machinery in four different jobs. Katie has put her degree in mechanical engineering from Texas A&M to work at two different sites, and she credits LyondellBasell’s engineering rotation program with providing her the opportunity to move around and gain a variety of experience.

Antonio

Antonio has an MSc in Chemical Engineering from Università degli studi, Palermo, Italy. He has worked in several of the company's worldwide locations across three continents--North America, Europe and Asia. He is now based closer to home--in Ferrara, Italy. "As a production engineer in a Spheripol polypropylene plant, I’m responsible for ensuring that the plant runs safely, reliably and cost-effectively. It’s a critical role at the interface between operations and several other departments.
