LyondellBasell surveys polyethylene customers in Europe

LyondellBasell's goal is to provide customers with world-class products and services. To achieve this objective, customer feedback is essential. Beginning this month, the company will survey its polyethylene customers in Europe.
A selected number of customers will be interviewed by global consulting firm Townsend Solutions; several other European polyethylene producers are also sponsoring two dedicated surveys for HDPE and LDPE/LLDPE customers, which are designed to take a comprehensive look at customer satisfaction in the industry. |
The surveys will help the company identify changing customer needs, how effectively needs are being met, and suggestions for enhancing products and services. Customer comments are vital to helping LyondellBasell continue its mission of providing the best, most innovative and value-adding products and services possible.
Global Care Day held on May 16
Global Care Day has provided an opportunity for employee volunteers and their family members to "make a difference" in each community where LyondellBasell operates since 2000.
Global Care Day is a company initiative challenging employees at each of LyondellBasell's worldwide locations to participate in community service above and beyond our ongoing community involvement activities on a single day each year. Participants include employees, family members and contractors.
