Plexar® 6000 Series Polypropylene Tie-Resins
Polypropylene-based tie-layers are commonly used in rigid packaging applications such as blow-molded bottles or barrier sheet and thermoformed container applications. They adhere well to EVOH, polyamide (nylon), polypropylene and offer excellent orientation, toughness and heat resistance.
Plexar 6000 Series products provide outstanding performance for a full range of high-barrier coextrusion film and molding applications. Based on novel technology developed by Equistar (patent pending), these products offer outstanding adhesion performance, provide exceptional value and are an excellent alternative to today's traditional polypropylene-based tie-resin products.
