Blow molded bottles are used for the packaging of consumer products such as detergents, cosmetics and food. LyondellBasell’s Hostalen high density polyethylene (HDPE) resins based on our Advanced Cascade Process, as well as our Lupolen HDPE and low density polyethylene grades, are selected by customers for these applications due to their high-performance attributes:

To address trends in transparent packaging, we offer Moplen and Pro-fax polypropylene (PP) grades to achieve high clarity, stiffness and good impact resistance. Moplen PP random copolymer grades with ultraviolet absorber additives can address requirements for both clarity and protection from UV radiation degradation.
