To download a MSDS for products made by LyondellBasell Flavors & Fragrances:
When you arrive at the product-specific technical information page, click the underlined MSDS link for the Material Safety Data Sheet you are looking for (see the example below).
The MSDS will be displayed in pdf format. If you do not see the MSDS, you will need to install the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader or try the solution described in the Blank PDF issue section below.
Blank PDF issue
If after waiting a few seconds, you see a blank page and no MSDS appears, you will need to change a setting in Adobe Acrobat Reader. Acrobat Reader is the software used to display PDF documents.
Please follow these steps to correct this issue:
- Open Adobe Acrobat Reader [Start > Programs > Adobe > Adobe Reader]
- Click the Edit drop down menu then select Preferences as shown below
- Click Internet then uncheck the Display PDF in Browser box as shown below.
- Close Adobe Acrobat Reader and the browser.
- You should be able to view our MSDS documents now.
