LyondellBasell’s Bayreuth Site is located in northern Bavaria, Germany, and is the largest compounding facility within LyondellBasell.
The Bayreuth site produces polypropylene compounds that are supplied to automotive manufacturers for the production of exterior and interior components. Applications include bumpers, side claddings, instrument panels, pillars, rear shelves and door panels, as well as under-the-hood parts such as heater housings, air filter housings and ventilator wheels
