Resources at our Lansing facility are dedicated to product development and commercialization of compounded materials. The labs also conduct application development and performance testing for both automotive and non-automotive customers. Long-term product development and basic analytical support is provided primarily for the automotive industry. Laboratory staff can perform PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) and BMAP (Bulk Material Approval Process) testing in support of OEM material approvals. The facility is equipped to evaluate physical properties, paint durability, and environmental performance. A polymers processing lab prepares samples of materials for the test procedures. The computer-aided engineering (CAE) group provides design services to assist our customers in optimizing part production.
