One of three LyondellBasell plants in the Pasadena Industrial District, this site produces basic building-block chemicals that our customers convert into consumer products such as food containers, medical syringes, carpeting, diapers and plastic components in vehicles. It is approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for food and medicine packaging applications and holds an ISO 9000 quality certification.

The LyondellBasell Bayport Polymers Plant is on Bay Area Boulevard adjacent to LyondellBasell’s Bayport Choate Plant. It is close to the cities of Shoreacres, La Porte, Taylor Lake Village, El Lago, Pasadena and the Clear Lake Area of Houston.
