Our Mansfield plant produces compounds of polypropylene known as thermoplastic polyolefins (TPO). These TPO compounds are produced in the form of pellets and are used by our customers to manufacture parts for the automobile industry, such as bumper covers, body side moldings, grilles and various interior parts such as dashboards, consoles and air-bag covers.
The plant encompasses about 40 acres and consists of six separate production lines, product storage silos, and warehousing and packaging operations. The plant also houses laboratory facilities for product testing and the development of new compounds and pilot lines for verifying the behavior of our materials in different processes.
