We encourage our employees’ engagement in the local community.We have organized town-hall meetings to help train unemployed community members in a program called “incubadora de plastico,” which helps establish small businesses that produce plastic products.We have supported the Malvinas Heroes Museum, Ensenada Fire Department, Medicines to Horacio Censtino Hospital and the Asociacion Civil Banco Alimentario, a local food bank.The Ensenada Plant has donated more than 17,000 trees to the city of Ensenada. Employees have assisted with the planting of the trees for more than a decade.Collectively, our employees spend hundreds of hours each month in volunteer service. They serve as emergency responders, coaches, mentors, and board members in the community.
