Michael S. Hanley

Mr. Hanley is a retired senior executive with deep experience in finance and management roles, serving most recently as Senior Vice President, Operations & Strategy of the National Bank of Canada and Chief Financial Officer of Alcan. 

Mr. Hanley has extensive non-executive director experience, and currently is chair of the board of directors of EQB Inc., which operates through its wholly owned subsidiary Equitable Bank.
