Prashant’s journey from obesity to marathon runner started like many others. His excess weight began to impact his life, “My drive to pursue healthy activities on a regular basis was lacking”, according to Chikane, customer service team lead at our Mumbai, India site. “I decided to monitor my food habits and develop an exercise regime that blended with my lifestyle.” In his two-year journey, Prashant has lost 18 kg (40 lb) and ran over 3700 km or 2300 miles!
