Tremblay is fluent in French, English and Dutch. “Both Bayport sites have excellent records in safety and environmental performance and workers who are focused on doing their best everyday,” Tremblay said. “They constantly look to do even better and I am proud to be part of such a team.” Both the La Porte Complex and the Bayport Underwood Plant hold the coveted Star status in OSHA’s Voluntary Protection Program for safety performance. Bayport Underwood was the first facility in Bayport to become certified in the prestigious program.

Ruth will oversee more than 550 employees and contractors, while Tremblay’s sites have approximately 500 employees and contractors.
Both men hold bachelor of science degrees -- Tremblay’s in chemical engineering from Sherbrooke University in Quebec, Canada, and Ruth’s in mechanical engineering from Drexel University in Philadelphia, Penn.
