LyondellBasell Victoria Plant helps Girls Scouts on global community service day

WHEN:   Saturday, April 30, 2011; 8 a.m.-Noon; Best photo op time 9-11 a.m.

WHAT: The 12th annual LyondellBasell Global Care Day is a worldwide community service initiative involving thousands of employee volunteers participating in 64 communities in 24 countries where the company operates.

LyondellBasell’s Victoria Plant will lend a hand to the Girl Scouts of Greater South Texas in Victoria by creating a beautiful entrance to the building with native plants, extensive landscaping, improving the sod and installing picnic tables. Inside, the volunteers will install shelves in a supply room. Project supplies are donated by LyondellBasell and the volunteers give their time.

WHO: Approximately 20 volunteers from LyondellBasell’s Victoria Plant including employees, family members and friends.
