Community Outreach
Plant managers meet regularly with community leaders to discuss environmental and safety performance.
Global Care Day
Employee volunteers also regularly participate in LyondellBasell's annual Global Care Day, a day in which thousands of company volunteers at sites around the globe make a difference by participating in local community service projects. They have also adopted the local boat basin on the Raritan River and periodically conduct litter clean-ups at that site.
Philanthropy
Our employees also open their hearts and wallets to charitable community organizations and contribute generously to the United Way through a payroll pledge campaign.
Volunteerism
