I already work at LYB. Can I apply for a different role? 

Yes, please apply to the internal job postings and discuss your interest with your current manager and human resources business partner. 

Are there remote positions available?  

Depending on the role, most full-time positions are either onside or hybrid with the option to work up to one or two day per week from home. Internship and co-op positions are all fully onsite. 

Do you offer internships or graduate programs? 

Yes! We are proud to support students and early-career professionals through internships, co-op programs and entry-level roles. 

What does the interview process look like? 

The interview process will vary depending on the role. In most cases, interviews are behavioral-based and conducted in a panel format.

Practice using the STAR (situation, task, action, result) method to provide clear, structured answers that will showcase your capabilities.
