The Chocolate Bayou Polymers Plant uses ethylene to produce high-density polyethylene (HDPE) resin that our customers convert into consumer products. These include plastics for housewares, building materials, automotive parts and packaging for food and personal care products. The facility is located on FM 2004, just 2 miles west of of FM 2917.
Our commitment to sustainable growth balances our responsibility to provide economic value for our stakeholders, while respecting the social concerns of the community in which we operate, and demonstrating care for the environment around us.
Our site is a major economic engine for the community by providing skilled jobs, by purchasing millions of dollars in local goods and services and by paying taxes to support local schools and government services.
