Ultrathene

LYB Ultrathene grades cover ethylene vinyl acetate copolymers for flexible packaging, soft profiles and sheets and wire and cable. These resins combine LDPE-like clarity and toughness with outstanding flexibility, low-temperature performance and low heat-seal initiation temperatures. They run on blown and cast film, extrusion blow molding, sheet and profile extrusion and wire and cable lines. Typical applications include bags and pouches, heavy-duty packaging, food packaging film, lamination and sealant layers, agriculture and liner films, specialty and clarity films, and soft profiles and sheets.
