Our breakthrough Spherizone technology is a unique, innovative PP manufacturing platform based on multi-zone circulating reactor technology. This latest-generation technology creates bimodal products from a single reactor, expanding manufacturing to include novel and premium PP products. Featuring enhanced properties and unique architecture, Spherizone PP products are used in automotive applications, rigid packaging and building materials.

Spheripol is a leading polypropylene process technology, with more than 35 million tons of licensed capacity worldwide. Spheripol technology produces globally recognized quality grades with leading monomer consumption and investment costs. As a result, it is the technology of choice for supplying PP grades for automotive parts, pipes and injection molding.
Added value across many applications
Metocene is our innovative, add-on technology that extends the performance range of PP products by using single-site catalysts. Resins produced by the Metocene process are used for various applications, such as appliances, packaging and textiles.
Advanced catalysts for any application
Our broad polypropylene catalyst portfolio includes the multi-purpose Avant ZN catalysts, which help optimize PP production across a wide range of demanding applications. We also offer single-site Avant M catalysts, which are essential for producing specialty PP products.
