The general terms and conditions for the purchase of products and services below are applicable in the country of establishment of the LyondellBasell purchasing entity, and exclusively governs any purchase order and/or agreement between such LyondellBasell entity and supplier (unless otherwise governed by an effective (outline/master) agreement between the parties).
