*As a Dutch company, we are required to set ambitious goals for gender representation (both male and female) in senior management positions. In accordance with Dutch law, our aspirational goal is to have at least 33% female senior leaders and at least 33% male senior leaders globally by 2032.

 

Employee Networks: building an inclusive community

Our Employee Networks help cultivate a community where all employees feel valued and respected and can connect to colleagues with similar interests. They are places to network, demonstrate allyship, learn, share ideas and foster professional and personal growth. We’ve developed eight networks that all employees are welcome to join.
