Our Executive Committee is comprised of senior executives that lead LyondellBasell’s business and staff functions. The Executive Committee oversees operational issues and the implementation of corporate strategies and provides vital support and expertise to our Chief Executive Officer.

Our Board of Directors, led by Chairman Jacques Aigrain, oversees management and the overall course of LyondellBasell’s business and strategy. Members of the Board include eleven independent directors and are elected annually by shareholders.
