ROTTERDAM, Netherlands, May 7, 2026— LyondellBasell (LYB) has signed an agreement with Interpolimeri Spa, a leading distributor of plastic materials in Europe, to expand distribution of LYB masterbatches and custom performance colors into Germany and Austria, effective the first quarter of 2026.
In 2025, LYB engaged closely with customers and the broader market as part of a review of the European go-to-market approach. This work identified increasing demand for local availability, technical support and faster access to masterbatch and custom performance color solutions in regions where LYB is not yet the leading supplier. To better serve customers in Germany and Austria, LYB built on a long-standing and successful partnership with Interpolimeri, which spans Italy, Slovenia and Iberia and has delivered consistent commercial success.
