The Houston Business Journal has selected LyondellBasell (LYB) as one of its 2024 Diversity in Business Awards honorees.
The Houston Business Journal Diversity in Business Awards program honors organizations and individuals who have shown exceptional commitment to promoting practices that advance diversity and inclusion in the workplace. The program also recognizes business leadership and those who bolster equality across all areas of diversity; including age, disability, gender, sexual orientation, race and religion.
Members of the People & Culture team and members of Employee Network leadership teams gathered to accept the honor at an awards ceremony on March 28 in Houston.
"Receiving this award is a testament to the collective effort of our entire organization in embracing diversity and fostering a culture of inclusion,” said Kyle Pierce, Chief DEI Officer. “It is a reminder of the importance of our ongoing work to create a workplace where every individual feels a sense of belonging and can thrive professionally and personally."
