Kim Foley is executive vice president, Olefins and Polyolefins (O&P) and Trading for LyondellBasell (LYB), a leader in the global chemical industry creating solutions for everyday sustainable living. In this role, Foley has manufacturing and commercial responsibility for the O&P-Americas, O&P - Europe, Asia and International (EAI), and Refining business segments, as well as Integrated Supply, Trading and Optimization (IST&O).
Prior to this appointment, Foley served as executive vice president, Intermediates and Derivatives and Refining for LYB. Previously, she also served as senior vice president of Global Engineering, Turnarounds, and Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) for the company. She has more than 35 years of experience in the petrochemical industry, including leadership positions in manufacturing, strategic planning, finance and supply chain.
Foley is on the board of directors of the trade association American Fuel and Petrochemical Manufacturers (AFPM). In the past, she has been heavily involved in a number of industry and transportation associations, including the East Harris County Manufacturers Association, the American Chemistry Council Distribution Committee, and the National Freight and Transportation Association.
Foley received a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Drexel University.
