Virginia A. Kamsky

Ms. Kamsky is the Chair and Chief Executive Officer of Kamsky Associates, Inc., a firm she founded in 1980 and the first U.S. advisory firm approved to provide strategic advisory services in China. Prior to founding Kamsky Associates, she served in various leadership roles at Chase Manhattan Bank (now JPMorgan Chase Bank), including as Second Vice President and head of its Corporate China Division. She also served as a member of the US Secretary of the Navy Advisory Panel from 2009 to 2017 and as Chairman and CEO of China Institute in America from 2003 to 2013. She also has extensive public company board experience, including at W.R. Grace & Co., Sealed Air Corporation, Olin Corporation, Tecumseh Products Company, Foamex International, Tate & Lyle PLC, Shorewood Packaging, Spectrum Brands, Kadem Sustainable Impact Corp. and Dana Incorporated. She has been awarded the Navy Distinguished Civilian Service Award. Ms. Kamsky received a B.A. cum laude from Princeton University, a Masters from the Princeton School of International Affairs and an honorary PhD in Humanities from Middlebury.
