With the exception of some cookies utilized on this website, we do not sell personal information about you, as defined under California state law, and have not done so in the last 12 months. We do not knowingly sell the personal information of individuals under the age of 16.

Privacy Rights

As a California resident you have certain rights, subject to legal limitations and applicable exceptions, regarding the collection, use, and sharing of your personal information. These rights include:

  • The right to know: You have the right to know how we have collected, used and shared your personal information over the last twelve months.
  • The right to delete: You have the right to request that we delete your personal information that we have collected about you. Subject to certain exceptions, we must delete your personal information and direct any service provider to delete your personal information.

  • The right to non-discrimination: You have the right to not be discriminated against by us for choosing to exercise your rights under the CCPA.

Under the CCPA, California Consumers have certain rights which they may exercise independently or through an authorized agent. As permitted by the CCPA, any request you submit to us is subject to an identification and verification process, which will depend on the nature of the request and the personal information requested and will be further explained in response to a request.

We will respond to a Request to Opt-Out within 15 days. We will respond to Requests to Delete and Requests to Know within 45 days, unless we need more time, in which case, we will notify you and may take up to 90 days total to respond to your request.
